SKUBA – Digital Catalog & Sales Conversion Platform

I developed a modern, high-conversion digital platform for the SKUBA flooring brand. The main goal was to transform a complex catalog of hundreds of items into an organized tool that converts daily visitors into real inquiries. To do this, I focused on high-quality product photography and custom visualizations to show textures and real-life room settings.

Key Technical & Visual Solutions:

  • Visualizing Textures & Rooms: I captured realistic photos of each product and created digital room environments. This helps customers visualize the exact color, tone, and feel of the flooring in a real space, making their decision easier.

  • Conversion-Focused Architecture: Every part of the site, from the navigation to the call-to-action buttons, was designed to turn visitors into quote requests.

  • Custom Material Calculator: Developed a tool to help users calculate exactly how many boxes of flooring they need for their room. This improves accuracy and increases the conversion rate.

  • Automated Lead Workflow: Integrated the website forms directly with Zoho Bigin CRM. All new leads are sent instantly to the sales team for immediate follow-up.

  • Performance Marketing Pages: Built dedicated landing pages optimized for Google Ads traffic, designed to capture leads from pay-per-click campaigns.

  • High-Volume Catalog (WooCommerce): Set up and optimized WooCommerce to manage hundreds of flooring items, profiles, and accessories efficiently.
